Made in America, the Blackhawk SERPA Close Quarters Concealment (CQC) holster is the outside-the-waistband holster by which all others are judged. Security, comfort, and speed all in one package.
SERPA holsters all use our patented Auto-Lock that’s simple and fast to use, but also keeps your pistol safely secured. To release, simply grip the pistol and rest your finger in the natural straight forward finger-off-the-trigger position in the SERPA’s Finger Tray, apply pressure, and draw the firearm. It also has a user-adjustable passive retention to adjust the tension to your liking.
Outside-the-waistband carry presents concealability challenges. The SERPA level 2 retention design works to keep the overall profile of the holster as close to the body as possible due to its thin form. This makes the SERPA CQC one of the easiest OWB holsters on the market to conceal.
The SERPA CQC uses a ‘speed cut’ design that exposes more of the top of the pistol by opening at a lower point to allow the muzzle of your pistol to start moving level faster to get on target quicker and more accurately. It also lowers the overall weight of the holster extending comfort. On top of that – It makes the CQC work with pistols that have red dots mounted on them.
We include the CQC Belt Loop and Paddle in the box – Both of which allow for adjustable cant for your preference. For increased use cases, the CQC Holster also fits shoulder, S.T.R.I.K.E.®, Quick Disconnect and Tactical Holster Platforms making it extremely versatile.
If you’re looking for an outside-the-waistband holster that’s fast and secure and works with a reflex sight while also being comfortable enough to carry all day – Look no further than the made in America SERPA CQC.
The speed cut design facilitates faster draws, easier reholstering, lighter weight - And makes the Serpa CQC compatible with reflex sights.

Blackhawk is the first company to manufacture dual shot injection molded holsters. This process combines a durable outer surface with a low friction inner surface to create the ultimate holster. The injection molding process ensures that every part of every holster is durable and built from the ground up for your firearm. This time-tested process has been used on millions of our holsters since our injection molded holsters' inception in 2004.
T-Series holsters are made right here in the United States to the highest quality possible. See a video tour of the Blackhawk factory where the T-Series and other Blackhawk products are made - Click Here
