When trying to choose your reticle style, there are several different things you’ll want to consider, including:
If you are still getting your feet wet, then you’ll likely benefit from a simple reticle.
A simple reticle is just that – A reticle that’s a simple crosshair usually, like our Multi-X, and it’s usually for hunting in low light conditions, which dictate thicker lines so you can see them easier in that lower light.
When picking the proper application for a simple reticle scope, you want to keep in mind that you are getting only the most basic of targeting features. A simple reticle scope is most commonly used on hunting rifles where you need to be able to pick up the reticle quickly and accurately, while also in the lower light.
When the whitetail’s in front of you, that’s the time when you’ll be happy to have a simple and thick reticle like our Multi-X between you and a successful hunt.
